Recently we completed an MIS and reporting project for one of our clients where we used a tool which was not used by that organisation earlier. In addition to updating both the look and feel of their reports we also suggested changes in key metrics which they were tracking. While conducting training sessions most user feedback were based on their past learnings and techniques of using software. To make the team accept change, we first had to convince the users to unlearn conventional business practice, forget what was Best In Class and letting go of your own ways of working. It was both challenging and entraining to conduct such an exercise and I am thankful to the organisation’s Leadership team to support the change
